Readings from the AYMANI Smart Band should be considered estimates, not precise medical measurements. We do not warrant or represent that the Service and its measurements will be accurate, reliable, error-free, or uninterrupted.

3. Pre-Order Information

The pre-order functionality on the Service is provided for the purpose of expressing interest in the AYMANI Smart Band prior to its public release. Submitting a pre-order request does not constitute a binding purchase contract. Pricing, specifications, availability, and launch dates are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse, cancel, or limit any pre-order request at our sole discretion

  • Change product specifications, pricing, and launch timelines

  • Discontinue the AYMANI Smart Band or any related product at any time

Any pre-order commitment will be confirmed by separate written agreement or invoice issued after the product's official launch.
